Timothy also supports 18 other stores in the South East Area in his capacity as ‘Systems Expert’. He receives both operational and procedural quires from other store managers, which cover an array of platforms including Office 365, Jira, SP Expert, and ADP. Being this focual point in the area, Timothy supports by arranging weekly conference calls, runs the Managers Calendar and updates the areas Share Point pages to keep everyone informed. Recently, Timothy has been working on compliance to ensure that the systems which process customer orders and data are being cycled correctly. This involves regular telephone meetings with other stores to help support procedures and best practices.
Last year Timothy was flown out to Belgium to help support and develop the companies scheduling system; SP Expert. His insight from working with the program and knowing all frequently mentioned issues allowed him to represent the end user with ease. Once back, Timothy developed the company’s operating procedure for SP Experts, which is issued to all managers.
Timothy is proud of his achievements, and is confident in self evaluation to change plans to maximise goals. Working in a fast pace job, Timothy finds it key to be able to priorities tasks and deadlines. This plays into his wheelhouse of logistics and organisation.
