Starting with a strong retail background in Waitrose, Timothy became a supervisor whilst still at College in Chichester. He pursued his passion in ICT all the way through to Portsmouth University, where his interest in people combined, to allow him to study how ‘adopting technologies affected third world countries’. Through college and University Timothy was with Waitrose for 6 years.
Still whilst at Waitrose, Timothy found an interest in staffing and how companies organise shifts to best balance a work life harmony. Early on in Timothy’s professional life it was clear he had an interest and flair for interpersonal skill, coaching and using systems to support these areas. He merged his interests and experience from Portsmouth University together when writing his dissertation on subject from Indonesia.
