Timothy is a seasoned traveler. He enjoys the logistics and arrangements of world travel. Most recently he and his wife had a trip of a life time to Iceland, where they drove over 3000k by truck to discover some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world; the ice filled Northern Fjords in mid winter.
From Prague to Paris, Kuala Lumpur to Medan, or Dubai to Venice; Timothy is comfortable with different cultures, and negotiating logistics wherever he may be.
Up there in Timothy’s highest achievements is the time he lived in Indonesia, in a remote village on the island of Nias. Living with intermittent electricity he helped support the villager with Hygiene and Sanitation projects which supported farm lands and communal areas. Timothy became very familiar with the local dialect and frequently stays in contact with friends from Nias.
Whilst in South East Asia, Timothy visited supporters in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Arrangements for continuing support in Indonesia was a challenging task with a language barrier but Timothy thrived under this pressure, and successfully gained support for his projects for a number of years.
